Re-Place Project
Re-Place KO-Meeting in Lisbon, Portugal
The Re-Place project (Reframing Non-Metropolitan Left Behind Places Through Mobility and Alternative Development) aims to mobilize participative research in non-metropolitan left-behind areas (LBA’s) to examine the impact that spatial mobility has on origin and destination areas and how it can be harnessed to improve alternative local development across different contexts.
The project, coordinated by Instituto de Geografia e Ordenamento do Território da Universidade de Lisboa (IGOT-UL), began on March 2023, and will last for 4 years.
